DESCRIPTION

The Bluetooth car kit interface simulates the CD-changer of Audi MMI 2G via Fiber Optical system (MOST). Due to the interface it is possible to control the telephone through the original radio or navigation system and the steering wheel control buttons of the car. The address book and telephone numbers will be displayed on the radio/navigation display. The car kit is equipped with the latest generation Bluetooth chipset which enables the most modern telephones to connect through Bluetooth with the original system.

Besides the Bluetooth car kit it has also the possibility to play music via bluetooth streaming, USB, SD-card and AUX.

How to see which version MMI I have:

REQUIREMENT

OEM CD CHANGER	Must be removed
OEM BT CARKIT	When available put dipswitch 4 = ON
OEM MOST	The Optical input of the head-unit must is always activated, no need to code it.
